Guests should plan to arrive by 7:30am. 
Table hosts should plan to arrive between 7:00am and 7:15am.

You can park anywhere around the Marriott hotels (Minneapolis Marriott West and Courtyard by Marriott).

You can go in any door! We will have greeters inside the doors to direct you to the ballroom.

Where do I sit?

Your name badge will have your table number on it. Seats at the table are not assigned. There will be a table chart on the ballroom doors and greeters to show you the location of each table.

- Strawberry yogurt parfait

- Chilled orange juice

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction. How do I get a special meal?

When you register, indicate what your food allergy/dietary restriction is. Your special meal will be at your table with a tag indicating the meal type and your name.

Yes. There will be a place during the registration process to indicate who you would like to sit with.

What will the money raised at the breakfast be used for?

All money raised at the breakfast go directly towards GCTC’s five-part program of cancer support, ensuring no Minnesotan faces cancer alone.

Table hosts are the warm and welcoming presence at each table! These individuals invite friends, family and co-workers to the event, greet fellow guests at the table and hand out and collect donation envelopes at the end of the program.

Table hosts arrive and check-in at 7:00 AM.
